New Management
TRCA and the Township of King signed an agreement in October 2006 to transfer the operation and management of the Cold Creek Forest and Wildlife Area to the Township of King. TRCA will retain ownership of the property.

The agreement commits the Department of Parks, Recreation and Culture to working closely with the Cold Creek Stewardship to provide passive recreational facilities for the commmunity, enhanced recreational programming and Township special events.
